I brought my camper in in mid November with a lot of unknown frozen things (tank, pipes, and slide). I brought it in to get winterized and they called letting me know how froze up it is. They are keeping it inside to thaw out and taking care of it. Great customer service and good honest people. Highly recommend these guys!
